The information you share: Information is collected as and how you use our services right from when you sign up for a NISMWA account, , and do other activities on NISMWA. We also take note of the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and time duration of your activities on NISMWA.
Your connections: Information about people and groups you are connected to through your network and how you interact with them is collected by us, for example: the contact information you provide if you upload, or import or sync this information from a device like through your phonebook/address book.
Device information:We collect information from and about the computer systems, phones, or other devices wherever you have installed or access the services of NISMWA, depending on the permissions you've granted.
Payments made:If you use engage in any financial transactions through NISMWA we collect the necessary information about the transaction- like your credit or debit card number and other card information, and other authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact details, just for enabling ease in future transactions.
(2) How do we use the information collected from and through you?
Communication:We use the information to communicate with you about our Services and for other necessary communications.
Improve NISMWA Services: Information gathered from you is used to offer suggestions to you and to further personalize our content to enhance its user appeal. We also use information to create suitable changes in NISMWA for much comfortable user experience.
Promote safety and security:NISMWA gives supreme importance to user account safety and protection. We use the information we have about you to help verify other user accounts and your friends’ activities.
Relevant ads and services.We use the information we have about you to improve the effectiveness of our advertising process so that we show you only relevant ads.
(3) Management and deletion of information yourself:
Your NISMWA account can be deleted any time by you. We assure we shall delete all things you have posted, such as your wishes, photos, taglines updates and such likes.
(4) Change in Policy:
NISMWA reserves the right to change its policies as when NISMWA deems suitable without prior notification to any person, group or organisation.

Sharing of your Content and Information :
Firstly, with respect to all content shared by users on Nismwa, the ownership of it remains with them unless otherwise stated at the time of posting. However, it may be deemed to free for usage for Nismwa for its activities.
IP License : Intellectual property rights, with regards to photos and videos that users share, shall be subject to their privacy and application settings(IP content). It shall be considered for all legal purposes that users have granted Nismwa a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that the users have posted on or in connection to Nismwa (IP License). This IP License ends when the user deletes the IP content or the Nismwa account unless the content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. However, it may exist when the user or Nismwa’s performs a backup for lost information.
Feedback : Nismwa appreciates any and all User feedback and shall use it for its processes without any obligation to compensate Users for them.
Public Sharing : When users publish content or information with the Public, it shall stand valid that they are allowing everyone, including people off of Nismwa, to view, read and use that information, and also for the information to be associated with the respective users (i.e. Username and profile picture).
Miscellaneous : Nismwa shall use whatever information it has asked from its Users in any social platform to share with the public without compromising on its IP License.
Registration /Account Security :
Nismwa expects its users to provide their real names. Here are some commitments that a user should make to Nismwa relating to registering and maintaining the security of their account: Users will NOT:
Provide any false personal information on Nismwa, or create an account for anyone other than themselves without permission.
Share their password (or in the case of developers, your secret key), or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of their Nismwa account.
Share incorrect or outdated contact information.
Use your wishes primarily for your own commercial gain, and use a Nismwa Nest or Nismwa account for such purposes.
Create more than one personal account. Even in case of Nismwa disabling their account.
Use Nismwa if user is under 13 years of age or if user is a convicted sex offender or criminal under law.
If you select an inappropriate username, Nismwa reserves the right to remove or reclaim it, if needed.
Safety :
Although Nismwa promises to do its best to ensure User safety, however it is subject to various limitations and to overcome these limitations, Nismwa needs User support in the form the following commitments: Users shall NOT:
Bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
Upload viruses or other malicious codes on Nismwa.
Post content that is: a hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
Solicit other users’ login information or discreetly access an account belonging to someone else.
Post unauthorized commercial communications (Spam-like) on Nismwa.
Collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Nismwa, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without Nismwa’s prior permission.
Engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, or illegal businesses on Nismwa.
Use the Nismwa platform to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
Facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.
Payments :
If you make a payment on Nismwa, you agree to our Payment terms unless it is stated that other terms apply.
Mobile and Other Devices :
Nismwa currently provides its mobile services for free, but please note that a user’s service carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, still apply, irrespectively.
In the event a user changes or deactivates the registered mobile telephone number, a user should update account information on Nismwa within 48 hours to ensure safety.
You provide consent and all rights necessary to enable users to sync (including through an application) their devices with any information that is visible to them on Nismwa.
About Advertisements and Other Commercial Content delivered by Nismwa :
Nismwa aims to deliver relevant advertising and other commercial or sponsored content that is valuable to its users and advertisers. For successful implementation of this aim, the users should agree to the following:
Give permission to Nismwa to use their name, profile picture, content, and information in connection with commercial, sponsored, or related content (such as a brand you like) served or enhanced by us. Please note: Nismwa shall not give its content or information to advertisers without the users’ prior consent.
Disputes :
The users of Nismwa are expected to help Nismwa resolve any kind of dispute and to support Nismwa at all times.
Definitions :
By "Nismwa" or "Nismwa Services"
Glossary:
If it is found or discovered that users are violating or have violated the letter or the spirit of this Statement, or otherwise, it creates a risk or possible legal exposure for Nismwa, Nismwa holds the ultimate right to deactivate your user account without notification
Updation
Any changes made or updation of this statement shall be done at the sole discretion of Nismwa without obtaining any prior consent whatsoever. It shall be deemed that all Nismwa users have agreed to the terms as and when they access the services provided by Nismwa.

If you are a developer you must comply with the Nismwa plugin platform.
